2. Data we process

When you send an enquiry, we process your full name, e-mail address and message, plus your company and telephone number if you choose to provide them.

For security and troubleshooting, the hosting provider may temporarily record an IP address, request time, requested page and browser information in technical server logs. The private counter application does not read or store those identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• responding to your enquiry and taking pre-contractual steps at your request;
• B2B communication and website protection, based on legitimate interests;
• compliance with legal duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, where applicable.

We do not use automated decision-making or visitor profiling.

4. Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised company personnel and contracted hosting, e-mail and technical-support providers where necessary. Data may be disclosed to a competent authority only where legally required.

If a provider processes data outside Serbia or the European Economic Area, a transfer takes place only where a valid legal mechanism and the safeguards required by applicable law are in place.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are erased or anonymised no later than 12 months after the last communication. If a business relationship arises, relevant records are kept for applicable statutory periods. Technical logs are retained for the shortest period needed for security and diagnostics under the contracted hosting provider's settings.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to office@nokekozar.com.

You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to the competent EU supervisory authority where the GDPR applies.

7. Required and optional fields

Name, e-mail and message are needed so we can answer your enquiry; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Company and telephone are optional. We obtain this information directly from you.

8. External links

The website does not embed or automatically load Google Maps. Google Maps opens only when you deliberately select the external link, after which Google's own terms govern its processing. The same applies to any other external site you open.
